THings our parents ask most...
What is the cost of our sessions?
Our sessions work on a monthly subscription fee of £65 per month for all players. The subscription fee entitles each player to one session per week in accordance with our coaching framework working through each block.
Is the FCAD KIT INCLUDED?
No, the cost of the sessions does not include a playing kit. Players can purchase the FCAD kit or wear their own. We will provide details on the correct kit for your child to bring, ensuring players have the appropriate equipment for training, and tournaments.
Are Award Badges included?
Yes, badges are included as part of the programme. Players will have the opportunity to earn FCAD development and progression badges throughout their time with us. These badges recognise individual development, commitment, skills and progress, giving players something tangible to work towards while celebrating their achievements along the way.
Are midweek tournaments included?
Yes, midweek tournaments are included within the programme where applicable. However, there may occasionally be additional games or events where a small extra charge is required to cover external costs such as pitch hire or facility fees. We will always communicate any additional costs clearly with parents before participation.
What happens if a session is cancelled?
If FCAD has to cancel a session due to circumstances within our control, such as coach availability or personal reasons, we will arrange an additional replacement session. However, if a session is cancelled due to circumstances outside our control, such as severe weather, school closures or facility issues, an additional session will not be provided.
Are players grouped by ability or age?
Our sessions are primarily organised into age groups to ensure players train alongside children of a similar age and developmental stage. However, we recognise that every player develops at a different rate. Where appropriate, players may be moved into an older age group if their ability, confidence and overall development demonstrate that they would benefit from the additional challenge.
What is the session structure?
Our sessions follow a set out coaching framework working through our eight core disciplines.
Passing & Receiving, Shooting, Ball Control, Dribbling, Turning, Possession & Defending.
Each discipline will be taught in six week blocks.
